• Excellent communication skills--  experience communicating both good and bad news with compassion and empathy is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of health insurance including deductibles and out of network benefits

• Capability to quickly adapt and learn new systems (we are a growing company with constantly changing systems)

•  1+ years of previous experience working independently and remotely while in constant communication with a team is preferred
